Three little
Birds
Philosophy
why travel with three little birds?
In our modern fast-paced world, going on vacation plays a vital role.
It is the time to escape the daily routine and to unwind. Further, it is the opportunity to explore new horizons and to connect with different cultures.
Thus, I believe vacations have the potential to have an impact beyond self-fulfillment. It can have a lasting impact on the places you explore and on the people you engage with.

That is why, I am convinced that with conscious traveling we can cause something greater. For the people and for the planet.

Tourisms role to fight poverty
Tourism in general plays an important role as it is a major source of income for developing countries.
Many jobs are created not only within the hospitality sector but also in all sectors that hospitality relies on. Besides the creation of jobs, it diversifies the economy.
Alongside more positive impacts, such as empowering communities that live in
very remote parts of the country, as well as preserving cultural heritage,
tourism generates income that improves living conditions and creates
opportunities for the sustainable development of a country.
On a mission
to sustainable travel
off setting co2
by Planting trees
We are not only offsetting the COâ‚‚ emissions generated by the trip.
We are doubling the compensation.

This is made possible through our partner initiative, AYWA Forest Farm in northern Namibia. They practice sustainable reforestation with fruit trees while empowering local communities by teaching them how to implement these methods themselves.

This additional compensation is provided
without any increase in the trip price, as it is part
of our long-term commitment to positive change.
Trees planted through Three Little Birds
(since 2023):

Approximate amount of C02 compensated (until 2033):

Lodging
Lodging is selected under the criteria of having a minimal ecological footprint and to what extent they sustainable handle resources.
All that, of course without making any compromises in the experience.
there are more things we can do during the trip
Consume local products, to ensure that the money which is brought into the country circles further within it and is not on its way out already.
On our safari, we will pass by local artists, artisans and social initiatives that are worth supporting.

Giving generous tips, as in many cases families only rely on one working family member.

Let us deep dive into it
Why is that so important?
We will strive through some of the last parts of the world that can be declared to be true "wilderness".
In these parts, the flora and fauna are still predominant, which puts us as humans in the place of only being a visitor.

With the privilege of visiting and perceiving such
places of untouched nature, comes the duty of causing the least possible environmental impact.
In order to preserve these last places of wilderness.

The responsibility part.
